Here is another man demonstrating the Super Maguro-O-Matic '05: the safe and convienent way to clean a huge pile of tuna. I suppose as long as I am making '70s vintage SNL references I might as well try: Samurai Fisherman.
If you want to see inventive ways of cleaning a fish, and most of them involving a blade longer than 48 inches: get down to Tsukiji.
