Let's just settle on Super Jockies, and leave it at that.
As for the color saturation I would agree that it appears a wee bit weaker than in previous photos, but that may just be because of the pastels on the elephant. As gamma goes, I think you are set a bit bright, there is little to no black in the photo, and the shadows seem washed out. On a plus note, I love the surly expression on the Super Jocky's face.

Brightness wise, the image looks alright, but there's the slightest hint of a white cast (slightly low contrast) that might be more obvious were your gamma set to a brighter setting. It's hard to judge, but there is generally a tiny bit more perceptible saturation in your previous pictures.
An elephant keeper/rider is called a 'mahout' both in India and Thailand.
